Wow! What a beautiful luncheon. The center flowers, the way the food was displayed and the salads in the pink heart shaped bowls were breath takingly beautiful And that wasn't even the best part - after our eyes were dazzled, our taste buds were delighted - everything was delicious :)

Although our Bat-mitzvah was about a month ago, people are still stopping my mom and me to tell us it was the most beautiful Bat Mitzvah they have ever been to. There is a Yiddih word meaning "it was meant to be" - Beshert. I believe it was beshert that you were available for Abbi's Bat Mitzvah.

I am emailing you to thank you for catering our Big Event this past Friday. The food was absolutely out of this world! We were overwhelmed and delighted by the presentation, the variety, the freshness, the flavor, the great ideas from your owner, as well as the unbelievable help and service from your staff.

We had approximately 105 people attend the party, and I have received numeous calls and have had several conversations about the party and I am delighted to let you know that every person I spoke with said it was the most awesome party that hey had been to in years, the band was great and that they had never, ever had better food. I will be writing a blog for your web site. Many of my friends have called to get your name and number and plan to have you cater their next event.

I was out with a friend today who said the best appetizer they had was.....and she named 12 things not just one. I had another friend say..."how did you know that baba ganush was my favorite"? I had another friend say that they had never tasted better salmon or beef tenderloin. Another said that she had 3 helpings of the wild mushroom filo appetizer. Another said, that in all the events she has attended to include her own daughters wedding, it was the best cake she has ever tasted! There was not a morsel to be found after the party.

I will be calling you to discuss the possibility of having you make appetizers for me that I can freeze and take out for our weekend gala's at the laket . The standing joke about the appetizers is that people raved about this, that, and the other thing, and because I was so busy talking, I missed out on the wild mushroom filo treats and the cake was consumed- I asked all my friends...did you try the wild mushroom app's and of course the reply was...omg, they were awesome! So the rest of the weekend, I lamented about the several things I did not try and kept noting that we needed to find a restaurant that served these items...no luck!

I will need to order several trays for my self and my next party. Thanks again for every thing! We will recommend you to all our friends!

Josh and I really cannot say enough about how absolutely fantastic everything was at our wedding. Deco truly went above and beyond. Most of our guests said the food was the most beautiful and delicious they have ever had a wedding. Many of these guests came from NYC and love food, so this made us very proud. Great food was really the most important thing for Josh and I at our wedding, and we are so thankful to Deco for really taking things to the next level with the presentation, the tastiness, and the wonderful service.

I will certainly be highly recommending your services to anyone I know who is planning a large event. My sister will likely be getting married in the next year, and will definitely use Deco, as she would be a fool to do otherwise.

You did a WONDERFUL job at our wedding reception. The food was delicious, everyone raved about it! Comments were they never had such good food!  The presentation was out of this world! I loved the Salmon on the long oval platter and the beef on the square platter. Guests commented that the beef melted in their mouths.

The salad was so yummy-the poached whole pear was a delightful surprise. Loved loved the salad!
Butternut squash soup was a big hit also. It looked so cute in those cups and not too spicy for me! Thank you.

You beat me to the punch as I was just going to send an email to you.  The food was absolutely over the top and we could not be happier!  My biggest concern was in pleasing our guests from Ireland and after seeing the CEO and President devour two plates of food and hearing them rave about both the flavor and presentation, I knew our choice of using The Deco Catering was a huge success!!!!  
 
I woke up in the early hours of the morning and realized that I had not personally thanked the two servers who stayed and ran the bar.  I know Jerry was one but I don’t know the name of the other young man.  They were fantastic and I want them to know how much we appreciated their professionalism and wonderful attitudes.

To the Owners and staff at Deco Catering,
My husband and I would like to thank you for catering our daughters wedding that was held April 25th at the James J. Hill Library. Upon our arrival from the church to the Library we walked in the Library main seating area, and before our eyes was this gorgeous buffet (with a breath taking presentation), chocolate fondue dessert table (with every imaginable food option for dipping into the chocolate), tables set with white linens, the lighting and flowers arranged perfectly. Also, your professional serving staff waiting, indicating they would cater to any need we had throughout the evening. They did an outstanding job!!

Once the festivities began and all our guests were served and eating, I walked around to each table to greet all of the family and our friends, and to make sure they were happy with the food and arrangements. Every one of them told us that the food was absolutely amazing, the best they have ever eaten, they couldn't believe the variety and how much they enjoyed the "artsy" presentation of the food as they walked through the buffet line. But, their comments didn't just stop after the main meal, as the night moved on into the wedding dance and mid-evening appetizers, and people began to sample the chocolate fondue and evening appetizers, once again our guest came up to us and couldn't quit ranting and raving about how delicious everything was and how much they were impressed with the food throughout the entire evening. It felt so good to know that our daughter had chosen a caterer that could please so many guests with such diverse eating habits.

Once we returned home, I have told many people about the meal, dessert table and evening appetizers and what an outstanding job you and your staff did. It is still the talk of our friends and family in every phone conversation and social get together. (We all wish we could do repeats of the food, now even days after the wedding!)

My husband and I wish to extend our sincere appreciation for transforming my daughter's wedding into an experience that we will all talk about and remember for some time to come.
