    Ham, Turkey, and Roast Beef or design a Foccacia Wheel Sandwich (8 people - $49.95)
    • Fresh Seasonal Vegetable Tray ($45.00)
    Carrots, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Bell Peppers, Celery, Peapods.
    Served with a Dill Sauce.
    • Whole Poached Salmon ($110.00)
    Chopped Egg, Capers, Onions. Served with a Dill Sauce
    on the side.
    • Salmon Wellington (10 people - $65.00)
    Served with a Dill Sauce on the side.
