Deco Catering has catered more than 10,000 events, and we pride ourselves in understanding the ins-and-outs of seasonal weddings. We know your needs for fall fare at your wedding and will guide you through choosing the most memorable food menu for your guests.
Your cocktail hour isn’t complete without an array of palate-prepping passed hors d’oeuvres. Bold flavors mixing salty and sweet are ideal for getting your guests ready for the culinary delights to come. Our Lobster Quesadillas, and Mini Duck Tacos are fall hits! Be sure to pair some light bites with any specialty fall drinks you offer, like mulled cider or hot toddies.
At Deco Catering, we take the guesswork out of your meal’s introduction by providing your guests with a fresh green salad lightly tossed in a rich, flavorful dressing.
A Hearty Main Course
Generally, fall dishes are best when hearty and heavily flavored. While fish and chicken are great choices for the warmer months, beef and pork are magnificent in the fall. Your personal preference should dictate the entrees available to your guests, but consider serving our beef tenderloin fillet and our pork ribs. Your guests will thank you. Ask about our European-style offerings as well – they’re simply divine.
The Finishing Touch
As with every other course, the desserts you offer your guests are best when they complement the season. Richer desserts are preferred over light, fruity bites in the fall. At your tasting, ask to try our Chocolate Mousse Tartlets, Brown Butter Cookies, Cheesecakes Bites or the Mississippi Mud Pie. We can also highlight fall flavors with our traditional apple crisp and sugar cookies.
